The MectaScope is supplied with adapters in order to fit most common light guides:
The sheath is used to maintain the portal into the joint ensuring visual clarity and providing continuous flow into the surgical site. The MectaScope - Rotating Sheath can be disassembled to facilitate the washing/cleaning process.
Obturators are used to facilitate the first access of the sheath into the joint cavity when preparing the surgical site for arthroscopic procedures.
